Fethi Arabi

Fethi ARABI is an experienced professional currently serving as the Transformation Officer at Sonatrach since 2000, with a range of roles including Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cooperation in the CEO Office. ARABI has held various senior positions within the organization, such as Director of Strategy and Foresight and Economic Analyst. Additionally, since 2013, ARABI has been the Vice President of the Association Algérienne de l’Industrie du Gaz and served as the President and Vice President of the Strategy Committee at the International Gas Union from 2009 to 2015. Prior experience includes a position as a Central Inspector at the Ministry of Finance in Algeria. ARABI's academic credentials include ongoing PhD research in Energy Transition at the National Higher School of Statistics and Applied Economics, a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Algiers, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Finances from the Maghreb Institute of Fiscal and Custom Economics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Algiers.
