Ian Gibbs-Hall

Ian Gibbs-Hall is the Founder, Owner, Lead Instructor, and Consultant at Sonder Curiosity Architects since March 2023, where guidance is provided to organizations and individuals to foster reflection and growth. Previously, as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Jellyvision from May 2020 to December 2024, Ian developed a comprehensive DEI strategy and improved hiring practices. Ian's experience includes roles as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Packback, a Consultant at Capgemini Invent where DEI principles were integrated into healthcare services, and as an AP Chemistry Teacher at Noble Network of Charter Schools, focused on discussion-based curriculum development. Ian initiated a career as a Graduate Research Associate at Northwestern University, managing research projects in organic chemistry, and holds a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College.
