Gillian Harris has extensive work experience in various customer-related roles. Gillian'scurrent position is as the Vice President of Customer at Sonder, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success and APAC at SafetyCulture from March 2020 to October 2021. Gillian also worked as the Head of Strategic Commercial Accounts at Menulog Group Limited from October 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they served as the General Manager of Commercial Partnerships & Licensing at the Football Federation Australia from April 2014 to September 2018. Gillian has also held positions as the OPSM Brand Manager - Sponsorship at Luxottica Retail Australia, the Marketing and Brand Manager at Sydney Thunder, and the Sponsorship Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Gillian began their career as an Account Manager at ICON and as an Account Executive at Dentsu Promo Seven. Additionally, they have worked as a Shows Executive and a Shows and Events Assistant at Country Living Magazine.
Gillian Harris completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Newcastle University from 2000 to 2003. Gillian also obtained three additional certifications: "Managing a Customer Service Team" from LinkedIn in May 2020, "Managing Your Career as an Introvert" from LinkedIn in December 2019, and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
