Lynne Foresman

Lynne Foresman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in litigation management and mediation. Currently serving as Litigation Manager at Sonic Automotive since September 2011, Foresman oversees legal matters for one of the largest automotive retailers in the U.S. In addition, Foresman has held the role of President at TRC Carolinas The Resolution Center since August 2010, where mediation services are provided through a panel of skilled mediators. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Litigation at Compass Group from August 1998 to August 2010, contributing to a major contract foodservice organization, and working as a Paralegal at J.A. Jones Construction Company from July 1997 to August 1998, focusing on case management and reporting for litigation. Foresman holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Marywood University, earned between 1979 and 1981.
