Brett Neel, MLS (ASCP) is an experienced laboratory professional currently serving as the Laboratory Manager at Sonic Reference Laboratory since July 2023. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Clinical Lab Supervisor in Chemistry and Hematology at The Austin Diagnostic Clinic from July 2019 to August 2023. Brett's experience also includes supervising hematology at Dell Seton Medical Center-UT, as well as serving as a Medical Laboratory Scientist II and a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Dell Seton Medical Center-UT/University Medical Center Brackenridge and Omega Diagnostics, respectively. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
