Joe O’Connell

Joe O'Connell is an accomplished sound designer and mix engineer with extensive experience in the audio industry. Currently serving as principal, sound designer, and mix engineer at Sonic Union since October 2017, Joe has also founded JFO Sound, Inc. and has held similar roles at Blast and Palestrini Post Production. With a career that began at Soundtrack Boston, Joe has been instrumental in shaping sound design and mixing techniques for over three decades. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music, earned between 1985 and 1989.
