Cecile Brosset Dubois began their work experience as a Junior Consultant at Capgemini in December 2005. Cecile later joined Bain & Company as a Consultant in September 2007, where they worked until December 2011. In January 2012, they became the Head of Strategy at FSI - Fonds Stratégique d'Investissement, a position they held until June 2013. Cecile then worked at Bpifrance, initially as the Director of Innovation Development from July 2013 to September 2014, and later as the Director of Bpifrance Le Hub from September 2014 to May 2019. In May 2019, they became an Entrepreneur in Residence at Kamet Ventures, and in December 2019, they co-founded Sonio and assumed the role of CEO.

Cecile Brosset Dubois completed their education from 2001 to 2007. Cecile began their academic journey at Lycée Henri IV in 2001, where they pursued a degree in Hypokhagne B/L for a year. Cecile then joined Sciences Po in 2002 and obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs in 2006. In 2003, Cecile participated in an exchange program at Hamilton College. Finally, in 2006-2007, they attended HEC Paris and earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management.
