Elisa later moved on to Cementir Holding S.p.A., serving as the Human Capital Development Manager and playing a crucial role in change management and consistency creation across the organization. From 2014 to 2019, Elisa was an HR Business Partner at Adam Smith International, managing teams and overseeing HR operations across multiple regions. Currently, they are the Regional Head of People Operations Europe at Sonnedix, responsible for advising and driving the people strategy to support the business agenda.

Elisa Zuccari has a diverse educational background in the field of Human Resources Management. In 2001, they obtained a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology from Università LUMSA, specializing in Human Resources Management. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the Escuela Europea de Coaching, where they completed a Master's program in Executive Coaching, earning a certification accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In 2017 and 2018, Elisa acquired Level 7 qualifications in HR Management from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
