Brian Risinger

Brian Risinger is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in corporate and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Sonoco since March 2013, Risinger leads a team focused on both internal and external communications for a $5 billion Fortune 1000 company, enhancing corporate brand and reputation. Previous roles include Market Leader/Advertising Director at Carolinas HealthCare System, Director of Branding and Communications at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, SVP of Client Services at LGA Marketing Communications, and SVP of Client Services/Brand Strategist at CNSG Marketing Communications. Risinger holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of South Carolina, a Certificate in Team Leadership and Coaching from the Center for Creative Leadership, and has completed executive education in Finance and Management at Duke University.
