Dave Kurland

Dave Kurland, MSOL, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Sonoco since November 2015, Dave provides strategic guidance to senior management to enhance financial performance and improve HR analytics. Previous roles at Sonoco include Employee and Labor Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager, where Dave focused on resolving employee issues and aligning business objectives with workforce management. Prior to Sonoco, Dave held multiple positions at Target from July 2009 to October 2015, including Executive Team Leader in Human Resources and Logistics, where successful initiatives led to significant sales growth and team development. Dave holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
