Raul Guzman

Raul Guzman possesses extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as a Shift Manager and previously as a Department Manager at Sonoco since December 2022. Prior to this role, Raul held significant positions including Plant Operations Manager at Blue Star Recyclers, General Manager at both LED Phantom Distribution and MightyVine, and Production Manager at ARI Packaging. Additional experience includes working as an Area Manager and Production Supervisor at Menasha Packaging. Raul holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Wheaton Warrenville South High School and has furthered education at the College of DuPage.
