Mario Perez

Mario A. Perez, Ed.D., serves as the Vice President for University Advancement at Sonoma State University since February 2020. Prior to this role, Mario held positions such as Associate Vice President for University Advancement at California State University, Los Angeles, and Director of Development for Intercollegiate Athletics at Cal Poly Pomona. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Major Gifts at the University of La Verne and working in public relations for organizations such as the Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Dodgers. Mario A. Perez earned a Doctorate in Organizational Management & Leadership from the University of La Verne between 2006 and 2011.
