Jessica L Rice

Jessica L Rice serves as the Global Head of Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Sonos, Inc., where responsibilities include implementing an integrated talent strategy and leading global DEI initiatives. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Under Armour, where Jessica created and executed the organization's first global DEI strategy and established a robust Employee Resource Group program. Jessica's earlier experience includes positions at Convergys as Director of Training Delivery, and at Deloitte Consulting, where Jessica managed technology implementation and training strategies for large user groups. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and two Master's degrees in Public Administration and Organizational Social Work, all from Syracuse University.
