Iva Kodhelaj

Iva Kodhelaj is an experienced professional in commercial excellence and process optimization, currently serving as the Director of Growth Initiatives at Sonova Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, Iva held various positions at Philips from February 2015 to August 2021, including Director of Commercial Excellence and Engagement Owner, where responsibilities included supporting process owners in the development of lean processes for the Philips Process Excellence Framework. Iva's career also features roles in website development at SerVibe, product development at Digitalb, and academic support at the American University in Bulgaria. Iva holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
