Navleen Kaur

Navleen Kaur serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Sonova Group, bringing extensive experience in the field. Previously, Navleen held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the European Broadcasting Union, and worked as a Programme Manager at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Additionally, Navleen acted as a Consultant on Migration Management for IOM - UN Migration and provided consultancies on Diversity and Inclusion, with a focus on disability inclusion, at the International Labour Organization.
