Robert Jaki

Robert Jaki is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in corporate human resource management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director Corporate HRM Group Finance and IT at Sonova Gruppe, Robert acts as a key HR business partner and advisor to the Group CFO and leadership teams. Throughout a decade at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Robert held multiple senior HR roles, including Head of HR Business Consulting Team and Global HR Business Partner IT Services, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for a significant workforce. Prior experience includes HR leadership positions at IBM Switzerland and advisory roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and UBS. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Zurich and an Executive Master in HR Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
