Terje Hanssen

Terje Hanssen has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Terje currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Global Value Chain Management at Sonova Group since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Corin Group from September 2021 to February 2023. Terje also had previous experience at Sonova Group as a Senior Vice President Global Value Chain Management from October 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Sonova Group, they worked as the Vice President of Global Operations at ABB Grid Automation from January 2019 to October 2019. Terje Hanssen has also held various senior leadership roles at ABB and Honeywell, where they gained extensive experience in operational transformation and continuous improvement. Terje started their career as a Coordinator Logistics at Braathens in 1993.

Terje Hanssen has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Molde University College, which was obtained from 1996 to 1999. Terje also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, completed in 2018. In addition, Terje completed a Senior Leadership Development Program from IMD in 2017. Terje has certification as a Lean Expert from Honeywell, obtained in 2011, and a Green Belt Six Sigma certification, obtained in 2007. Terje recently completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford in 2020.
