Richard Lester

Richard Lester is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in contract recruitment and business development. Currently serving as Head of Sales for UK & International at Sonovate since September 2012, Richard has a demonstrated ability to grow and manage high-performing teams while developing new markets. Prior to Sonovate, Richard held the position of Business Manager at SThree plc (Progressive), where Richard was fast-tracked from Trainee Consultant and was instrumental in managing contract teams across various sectors, focusing on coaching and strategic development. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
