Patti Swords has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patti began their career as a Customer Relations Manager at Platinum Technology/Computer Associates in 1994. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as the Lead CM Engineer at Sagent Technology, where they implemented and maintained developer change control processes.
In 2002, Patti joined Level 3 Communications as an IT Project Manager and Release Manager. Patti was responsible for managing software releases and providing project updates to executive leadership. Patti also managed a comprehensive infrastructure configuration program.
From 2011 to 2017, Patti worked at OtterBox as an IT Program Manager/Release, Environment, Vendor, and IT Business Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a team and supported the financial and human resource needs within the IT department. Patti also launched Vendor Management, defined Release Management and Environment Management methodologies, and implemented various organizational processes.
In 2017, Patti joined Aljex Software as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed projects and implemented processes related to resource management, finance, and vendor management.
Shortly after that, they transitioned to Easton Training Center as a Coach and then to Sonsio Vehicle Protection, where they held positions as a Project Manager and Senior Program Manager. The start and end dates for their roles at Sonsio Vehicle Protection are not provided.
Patti Swords attended Castleton University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies in the field.
