Additional experience includes senior HR positions at Billboard/Hollywood Reporter, Elektra Entertainment Group, Urban Box Office, HBO, and Discovery Channel LATAM, highlighting a strong track record in strategic HR management and operational improvements across diverse industries. Fernando possesses a background in the arts, having studied at International Fine Arts College.
