Raed Atoui is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the music and digital media industry. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Sony Music Entertainment since July 2022, Raed also has a longstanding freelance career with TypeDef since March 2014. Previously, Raed held multiple engineering roles at The Orchard from September 2017 to July 2022, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer. Additional experience includes positions at Huge and Stinkdigital as a Senior Software Engineer and Developer roles at Your Majesty and Pentagram. Early career experience encompasses web application development at The Map Office and a QA internship at Electro Industries, alongside work as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University. Raed Atoui holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University.
