Alex Epstein

Alex Epstein is a seasoned professional specializing in safety, security, and sustainability within the film and television industry. Currently serving on the Safety, Security and Sustainability Team at Sony Pictures Entertainment since November 2020, Alex transitioned from a Health and Safety Consultant role, focusing on COVID-19 safety protocols and emergency preparedness. In addition to work at Sony, Alex is the Principal and CEO of The Boundless Road, providing consultancy on safety and communications. Previously, Alex held significant leadership roles at the National Safety Council, directing transportation safety and digital strategy initiatives, and held executive positions in various TV and film production firms, including The Walt Disney Company, with a strong background in creative content development and production. Alex holds an MBA/MPPM from Yale School of Management and a BA from Bennington College.
