Gerry Vazquez

Gerry Vazquez, MPSE, is a seasoned sound editor with extensive experience in the film and audio industry. Currently serving as a Sound Editor at Sony Pictures Entertainment since April 2023, Gerry also holds a position at Formosa Group since August 2018 and is affiliated with IATSE Local 700. With a diverse freelance background since May 2016, Gerry has also worked at Sublime Sound and South Lake Audio Services. Previous roles include Sound Effects Editor at WSM Post and Teaching Assistant at Chapman University, where Gerry developed educational content for the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Gerry holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film Production from Chapman University, completed in 2016.
