Paul Martin

Paul Martin is an experienced executive specializing in diversity and inclusion within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment since May 2008, Paul Martin developed the company's first supplier diversity program and initiated a global diversity writer’s exchange program. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director positions at the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, Promax, Genesis Accel, and RespectAbility, as well as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Hollywood CPR. Previous experience includes Vice President of Worldwide Recruitment at Warner Bros., where Paul Martin restructured global talent acquisition strategies. Paul Martin holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a degree from Wesleyan University.
