Alexander Berestov

Alexander Berestov currently serves as Sr. Director and Corporate Distinguished Engineer at Sony Corporation of America, specializing in deep learning-based camera signal processing, MPEG-I coding for immersive VR/AR applications, and next-generation multi-view content capturing systems. Prior to this role, Alexander managed multiple R&D teams at Sony Electronics Inc., focusing on advanced technologies for imaging products, and held various positions at Canon Development Americas, Inc. and Canon Research Center America, where algorithm development for digital imaging systems was a key responsibility.
