Andy Boutcher

Andy Boutcher is a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Sony Music Publishing, focusing on IT project management related to infrastructure and enterprise software since September 2023. Prior to this, Andy had a lengthy tenure at TE Connectivity from March 1997 to July 2023, where roles included Manager of the IAM team, Strategy and Portfolio Lead, and Project Manager. Achievements at TE Connectivity included leading the Technical Workstream for the successful SAP Fieldglass implementation, which earned the 2020 “Outstanding Team Performance” award, and contributing to a team that received the TEOA Innovation award for the Sponsored Account system. Andy's earlier career involved various roles in network and PC support, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
