Rachel Szabo

Rachel Szabo is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, eCommerce, and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as COO at Soothe and previously as VP of Operations and Chief of Staff, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. As Co-Vice Chair of External Affairs at FEAST, Rachel has successfully cultivated strategic partnerships and spearheaded fundraising initiatives. Rachel co-founded Behind The Scenes Group, overseeing daily operations and business growth in a competitive market. Notably, Rachel directed the eCommerce and Consumer Products Division at Fullscreen, managing a $15M P&L, and expanded the eCommerce department at Tapiture through strategic collaboration with executives. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human & Consumer Sciences: Retail Merchandising from Ohio University.
