Daryl Untalan

Daryl Untalan is an experienced IT Operations Engineer currently employed at Sophos since June 2021, where responsibilities include providing technical support globally and ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues. Prior to this role, Daryl worked as an IT Systems Support Engineer at IBEX, managing trouble tickets and workflow requests. Experience includes advanced desktop support roles at TTEC and AIM Corporate Solutions, as well as project-based positions supporting SunPower Corporation. Daryl began a career in technical support with various positions, including as a Lead Technician at SunPower Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from AMA University.
