Michelle Ing Lee

Michelle Ing Lee currently serves as Team Lead for Customer Success at Sophos, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple positions at Copper from March 2020 to September 2023, including Customer Marketing Manager and Senior Customer Enablement Manager. Earlier experience includes Customer Experience Manager at Caliber Quality Solutions from October 2017 to February 2020, and various roles at HiGarden Inc., the Centre for Global Change Science, and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Michelle's academic background includes an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geoscience and Environmental Science from the University of Toronto, completed in June 2016.
