Nicolas Pombourcq

Nicolas Pombourcq is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Digital Core at SBS since May 2018, where responsibilities include building a next-generation cloud-native Core Banking and Payments SaaS offering. Prior roles at SBS involved overseeing Platform Engineering and managing R&D teams focused on payments, cards, and regulatory reporting solutions. Nicolas has a solid background in project management and software development from previous positions at Capgemini, where expertise in international Salesforce implementation was honed, and Oracle, where leadership in mobile application development for Oracle's cloud services was key. Early career experiences included roles at Microsoft and Bell Labs Research. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Diplome d'ingénieur in Engineering from École Polytechnique.
