William Remacle

William Remacle is an experienced professional with a strong background in platform engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of Platform Engineering at SBS since March 2011. In this role, William oversees the shared infrastructure and platform that supports SBS products and services, driving operational excellence through collaboration with engineering, security, and DevOps teams. Previous positions at SBS include managing projects related to core banking systems and regulatory compliance, where William successfully delivered numerous projects to banks across BeNeLux and Germany. William's technical roots include roles as a Senior Engineer and Junior Consultant focused on securities functionalities. Prior to SBS, William contributed as a Mobile Application Developer at Moovade, specializing in mobile software development. William holds multiple degrees in Computer Sciences and Management from institutions such as the University of Liège and HEC Liège.
