Nate Dalton is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Sora Union since March 2022 and Founder of Daybreak Partners since May 2019. Dalton holds trustee responsibilities at Boston University and is a member of the Board of Overseers at Scripps Research. Additional roles include Directorships at All Turtles and VIDA, as well as a former Board Member and Senior Advisor at Affiliated Managers Group, where Dalton contributed from 1993 until January 2021. As the Founder of GuardSupport, Inc., a non-profit aimed at supporting families of Massachusetts National Guard members, Dalton demonstrated a commitment to community service. Previous legal experience as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP focused on corporate M&A and private equity. Dalton earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
