Cheryl Nelson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT platform reliability, operations management, and service delivery across various industries. Currently serving as the IT Platform Reliability & Operations Manager at Sorenson Communications since January 2018, Cheryl oversees the reliability and performance of IT systems while leading initiatives such as the implementation of an Enterprise Monitoring Solution. Previous roles include serving as ITSM Request & Service Catalog Process Owner at Intermountain Healthcare, where Cheryl managed service catalog accuracy and request fulfillment lifecycle. With a robust background in systems administration and cloud services, Cheryl's career also includes positions as an IT Project Manager at Paramount Acceptance and Web Manager at Affiliated Acceptance Corporation.
