Pratik Jain

Pratik Jain is a seasoned professional in customer success and systems engineering with extensive experience in automation, process mining, and big data analytics. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Soroco since February 2022, Pratik previously held the position of Senior Consultant at EdgeVerve from December 2014 to January 2022, contributing to automation initiatives and process improvement. Earlier roles include Consultant and Product Engineer, focusing on product development in big data analytics and web personalization. Pratik's career began as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, where responsibilities involved designing and building data systems for generating insights to enhance business decision-making. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Engineering from Amrita University, completed in 2011, and attended The Lawrence School - Lovedale for early education.
