Alexander Schenker

Alexander Schenker has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design, user experience, and frontend development. Alexander is currently serving as the Director of Product Design at SoSafe since October 2022. Prior to this, Alexander worked at Celonis, where they held multiple roles including Director Design Operations, User Experience Lead, Senior UX Designer, and Interaction Designer. Alexander also worked as a Visiting Researcher at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, as well as User Experience Designer and Frontend Developer at eGym and Planet Sports GmbH. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Interactive Developer at diva-e Digital Value Enterprise GmbH.

Alexander Schenker has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and Media from Hochschule Furtwangen, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Alexander then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human-Computer-Interaction from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they completed a Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in 2015-2016. Alexander also has experience as a Visiting Researcher - User Experience at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to these, Alexander Schenker studied Business, Management, and Marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2011, and Computer Science and Media at the University of Cape Town from 2009 to 2010.
