Our expert team can provide cutting edge advice on the most suitable system, material and finish for the project, as well as fire safety, design and production.

Established in 1982, Sotech’s head office and manufacturing facility includes a showroom and active learning zone that allows clients to see and understand the Optima range up-close. Sotech also have a showroom at the Building Centre in London which showcases its full range of Optima façade systems. Sotech’s full range of rainscreen cladding systems can also be viewed in virtual reality (VR) and Sotech can also work with you on NBS Chorus to collaborate on your specification.

Dedicated to safety, sustainability and excellence, Sotech are committed to continually improving, testing and enhancing their rainscreen façade solutions. Having tested since 2006, Sotech has always put a huge focus on fire safety in the rainscreen cladding industry. 

Today, the Optima range is available in A1 and A2 materials such as PPC Aluminium, Anodised Aluminium, Pre-Paint Aluminium, ACM A2, Alpolic A1, Copper, Corten Steel, Stainless Steel and Zinc. Sotech can provide true A1 non-combustible rainscreen systems complete with mechanical fixings in place of adhesive.

All systems carry full CWCT certification and the Optima FC+, TFC+ and Edge have been tested to BS8414-2 standards, BR135 classification. Sotech is also accredited to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001 and we are aiming to achieve The Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment 2030 through our supply chain.
