Perry Maxfield is a seasoned professional in digital engagement and product strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Engagement and Vice President of Digital & Innovation Delivery at Sound Credit Union since October 2021. Previously, at BECU from June 2006 to October 2021, Perry held multiple roles including Senior Product Strategy Manager, where leadership in digital membership origination achieved a 24% growth, Digital Product Manager, and Director of Program Management, overseeing a $20M project portfolio. Perry's career began at BECU as an IT Network Administrator, with further experience as an IT Systems Manager and IT Enterprise Architecture Manager. Prior to BECU, Perry gained project management experience at World Vision. Educational credentials include a Leadership Executive Master of Business Administration from Seattle University.
