Robyn LaChance has over two decades of experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as EVP/Chief Administration Officer at Sound Credit Union since August 2002, where responsibilities include leading corporate strategic planning and business planning functions as part of the executive management team. Prior roles include EVP/Chief Strategy Officer and SVP | Strategy & Chief Experience Officer at the same institution. Before joining Sound Credit Union, Robyn worked as Marketing Manager at Washington State Employees Credit Union, where marketing communications and product offerings were developed based on member needs, and as Director of Marketing at Woodstone Credit Union, focusing on marketing plans and promotional strategy. Robyn LaChance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a focus on English from Pacific Lutheran University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
