Cindy Dayley

Cindy Dayley is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in IT portfolio management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of IT PMO & Portfolio Management at Sound Transit since October 2022, Cindy previously held the position of IT PMO at Snohomish County PUD from June 2019 to October 2022, and served as Store Development Service Manager at Starbucks from April 2015 to October 2018. Additional experience includes roles at Western Washington Female Hockey Association as Board President, as well as project management positions at Areotek and Microsoft. Cindy's extensive expertise in project management, business analysis, and team leadership is complemented by a solid educational foundation, holding multiple master's degrees in Accounting and Finance and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
