Denis Leroy

Denis Leroy has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. Denis is currently working as a Principal Engineer at SoundHound Inc. since December 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Lima Technology from November 2017 to December 2018. Denis also worked as a Core Engineer at Lima Technology from November 2013 to November 2017.

Before joining Lima Technology, Denis Leroy worked as a Lead Engineer Europe at Ifeelgoods, Inc. from July 2011 to July 2013. Denis also worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle Corporation from July 2010 to July 2011.

Denis Leroy's professional journey began at Silicon Graphics in 1996, where they served as an MTS until 1998. Denis then worked as a Software Engineer at CoWare from 1998 to 2000. Denis co-founded XiFT, Inc. in 2000 and worked as a Software Engineer there until 2001. Subsequently, they joined XDegrees, Inc. as a Software Engineer until the company was acquired by Microsoft in 2002.

Denis Leroy's expertise in software engineering continued to thrive at Kealia, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from 2003 to 2004. Kealia was later acquired by Sun Microsystems, Inc. in May 2004, where Denis Leroy continued to contribute as a Staff Software Engineer until August 2010.

Throughout their career, Denis Leroy has been involved in various technical projects, including prototypes bringup, hardware monitoring, storage configuration, and monitoring.

Denis Leroy completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Liège in 1992. Denis then pursued a master's degree in Computer Science at Stanford University, which they completed between 1994 and 1996.
