Nina Ning is an experienced senior leader in program management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Management at Electronic Source Company since November 2015. In this role, Nina manages multiple teams, including Program Management, Quotation, Planning, and Sales Administration, contributing significantly to business growth and scalability. Previously, Nina was the Manager of Program Management at OSI Systems, where a focus was placed on a facility relocation project and process streamlining to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager at Qual-Pro Corporation, managing multi-million dollar customer accounts with P&L responsibilities. Nina holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science from Nanjing University.
