Lan Anh TRAN is a Human Resources Executive at Source of Asia, starting in December 2023, where responsibilities include leveraging HR expertise to drive performance and growth as a strategic partner. Previously, Lan Anh served as a Total Rewards and Employee Relations specialist at JOLIE SIAM, where duties involved managing employee payment compliance, compensation schemes, and maintaining contact with local authorities. Earlier experience includes work as a Legal Researcher focused on marine life resources and as a Teaching Assistant at VUS - The English Center, supporting children with additional needs. Lan Anh holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, obtained in 2020, and received recognition in a faculty-level scientific research competition.
