Doug Newhard

Doug Newhard serves as the Chief Technology Officer at SourceAmerica since 2025, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership and business alignment. Previously, Doug held multiple leadership roles at Hartman Executive Advisors from 2011 to 2025, including Managing Director of Enterprise Architecture and Managing Director of Technology Leadership Services, where Doug spearheaded initiatives to enhance IT investments and drive revenue through strategic service lines. Doug's earlier career includes significant positions at Bay Bridge Decision Technologies, where Doug directed product development and led software teams, as well as roles at QVC and Ford Motor Company. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1994 and 1999.
