Ryan Blackman

Ryan Blackman currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at SourceAmerica, a role held since September 2000, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic priorities for the organization. Throughout a lengthy tenure at SourceAmerica, Ryan has held various leadership positions, such as Vice President of AbilityOne Programs and Assistant Vice President for Sales Operations, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and resource management. Prior to SourceAmerica, Ryan worked at Sodexho USA as Assistant Vice President of Sales Support and held the position of Operations Director. An earlier career at Walt Disney World Co. included serving as Restaurant Guest Service Manager. Ryan holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Purdue University in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management and Consumer and Family Sciences, achieved between 1990 and 1994.
