Merideth Harte currently serves as Creative Director at Callisto Publishing/Sourcebooks since May 2023. Previously, Merideth held multiple roles including Creative Director, Executive Art Director, and Senior Art Director at Callisto Media from January 2018 to May 2023. At 3&Co., a boutique design studio co-owned and directed by Merideth from 1997 to October 2022, Merideth contributed to a wide range of design projects. Prior experience includes roles as Creative Director at The Quarto Group (2016 - January 2018), Art Director of Children's Books at Sterling Publishing (2010 - March 2016), and Senior Designer at Penguin Books (January 1995 - July 1997). Merideth began a design career as a Designer in the University of Iowa's Design and Marketing Department from 1990 to 1993 after earning a BFA in Fine Art/Graphic Design from the University of Iowa (1988 - 1993).

In the early 1990s, Sourcebooks had its initial success in bookstores with business titles like The Small Business Survival Guide and The Complete Book of BusinessPlans.In 1993, Sourcebooks partnered with retailer Sally Beauty Supply to develop and publish 500 Beauty Solutions, later expanded to 1001 Beauty Solutions.
