Lesley Merlino

Lesley Merlino currently serves as Sr. Manager of Sales Development at SourceDay, beginning in June 2024. Prior to this role, Lesley held several positions in sales management, including Senior Mid-Market SDR Manager and Mid-Market SDR Manager at Motive and Meridian Associates, Inc. respectively, where expertise in SaaS for Transportation and Construction was employed. Lesley also focused on driving results within family businesses by implementing strategic sales initiatives, including KPI development and revenue goal setting. Earlier career roles included Account Executive at Spectrum and Direct Sales Supervisor at Progressive Insurance, coupled with a longstanding role as Sales/Service Coach at Progressive. Lesley earned an education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
