Charlie Buffa has worked in various roles in the sales and business development industries since 2009. In 2011, they were an Intern at JMI Equity, a private equity firm, where they researched and sourced potential investments. Charlie then worked as a CUTCO Sales Representative, conducting individual sales presentations to customers and surpassing sales goals. From 2013-2014, they worked at TechValidate Software in various roles, including Sales Development Manager & Account Executive, Account Executive, and Client Research Analyst. In 2017, they joined SurveyMonkey as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Sales Development Manager. In 2018, they became a Senior Associate at ClozeLoop, a sales management consulting & training firm. In 2019, they took on the role of Mid Market Account Executive at Wonolo, an on-demand staffing platform. Most recently, in 2020, they joined SourceScrub as VP of Sales and Director Of Inside Sales.

Charlie Buffa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History from The Johns Hopkins University. Charlie also attended Weston High School.
