South Carolina Aquarium
Lee Baldonado has extensive experience in operations management and education. Currently serving as the Building Operations Manager at the South Carolina Aquarium since April 2006, Lee oversees the Security and Environmental Services teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Previously, Lee worked as a Licensed Tour Guide at Palmetto Carriage Works from June 2005 to April 2006, where engaging historical presentations were delivered to visitors. Lee's earlier role as a 7th Grade Teacher at Cleveland County Schools involved teaching social studies and coaching soccer teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a Post-Baccalaureate in Middle School Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
