Gillian Bieler

Gillian Bieler, LCSW, CSAT, MBATT, is an experienced professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at South Central Family Health Center since May 2025. Previously, Gillian held key leadership roles such as Director of Clinical Services and Executive Director of Outpatient Services at Clearview Treatment Programs from March 2022 to March 2025, and Clinical Director and Lead Residential Therapist at Authentic Recovery Center from January 2019 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Director at Hirschman Clinical Services from August 2013 to January 2019. Gillian holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global (expected June 2025), a Master of Social Work in Mental Health from the University of Southern California (2011-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University (2006-2011).
