Kyle Brown, MBA, serves as the Senior Financial Controller at South Seas since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle held positions at The St. Joe Company, progressing from Corporate Controller to Senior Controller of Hospitality, overseeing general accounting functions for the hospitality segment. Kyle's experience also includes serving as the Director of Finance at Renaissance Ross Bridge and as Portfolio Controller/Director of Operation Analysis at PCH Hotels & Resorts, managing financials for significant corporate entities and implementing various financial processes that generated substantial annual savings. Earlier roles at Grand Hotel Marriott Golf, Resort & Spa, Integrity Music, and Austal provided a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and operations management. Kyle holds an MBA from the University of South Alabama, a B.S. in Accounting from Athens State University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama.
